1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing tech-akm.com or engaging Tech AKM LLC ("Tech AKM"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Software Development Services
Tech AKM provides custom software development, AI feature engineering, microservices architecture, and dedicated engineering team services. Detailed project scope, deliverables, pricing, and timelines are specified in executed Statements of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreements (MSA).
3. Intellectual Property Ownership
Upon receipt of payment for agreed milestones, client retains 100% of all intellectual property, source code, data, designs, and documentation developed specifically for the client under the executed agreement.
4. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
Tech AKM executes mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to receiving proprietary client code, data, or technical architecture documents. Both parties agree to protect confidential information with standard industry care.
5. Limitation of Liability
Tech AKM LLC's maximum liability arising from any engagement is limited to the total fees paid by the client under the relevant SOW in the preceding 12-month period.
